This blog would like to be a wiki on herbal and productive plants. Community sharing on how to use plants for our own needs, and how to grow them so we can harvest our own plants. Growing and using our own plants brings us in closer connection to nature, however, local plants and animal communities, the ecosystem and the climate and the ground beneath our feet all need to use plants too! So lets balance our lifestyles, diets and local environment together.

Please contribute your wisdom and herbal anecdotes here by leaving a comment. If the plant is already listed contribute what you know not included or leave a comment on the front page for a new plant to include. Web links of what is already out there is also appreciated. Plants are extraordinarily underestimated for their beneficial use. As well as preserving their existence, we need to retain the old knowledge on how to use them.
